Who we are
Keystone Property Finance is a specialist buy to let lender for the intermediary market only. We are known as one of the go-to lenders for brokers who have complex landlord clients that are looking to finance standard and specialist BTL properties.
What we do
The highly experienced team of business managers are available to assist brokers to place their clients complex buy to let cases, including higher yielding properties such as HMOs & multi-unit freeholds and multi layered company structures. We use a cloud-based AIP and application system which is available 24/7 and so enables brokers to transact their cases quickly and efficiently.
