About Future Talent

As a company, we’re diverse by our very nature. We’re on a mission to change society for the better: investing in the economy to create a better future.

One of the ways we do that is by investing in our own next generation: the experts and leaders of tomorrow. We offer a range of exciting options for those embarking on a career that’s anything but familiar: from summer internships and industrial placements, all of them a good first step towards a place on an apprenticeship or graduate programme.

We typically recruit for our programmes from October to February. However, we would love to keep in touch, so if there are no roles currently available, you can still register for our alerts and we will notify you as soon as any opportunities become available.

Development & Benefits

Whether you’re an apprentice, intern or grad, we’ll give you all the tools you need to reach your potential.

Work Experience and Internships

First-hand experience is what helps young professionals stand out the most.

With our internships, we want you to have a clear understanding of what’s involved and what your life could look like in the role. Our internships are typically Finance and Actuary-based roles, but with opportunities coming up in Digital, IT, Risk, Procurement and Investment, your options with us are anything but familiar.

Apprenticeships

There’s no one way to learn.

We love working with different kinds of people – it’s what gives us unfamiliarity. Our Apprenticeships are perfect for hands-on learners who want to jump straight into work after their GCSEs or A-levels. From design and IT, to engineering and accounting and many more. Whatever Apprenticeship you choose, we know you’ll be able to help us find new ways to build better societies.

Graduate Scheme

Today, we’re investors, insurers, landlords and city regenerators.

Tomorrow? Who knows. But we’re certain that our most extraordinary ideas and projects will be shaped by those coming through our graduate scheme. We run three annual rotational programmes: actuarial, accounting and investing. You’ll gain unprecedented insight into each role, and exposure to industry experts.
