Product Governance, Fair Value (PS21/5) and Consumer Duty
Legal and General is committed to providing products that meet our customers' needs and offer fair value. We have built a customer centric approach to product development with robust governance processes to ensure we meet customer needs and regulatory requirements as a manufacturer of insurance products.
As part of your own fair value assessment, if you have any changes to your fees and charges, we want to make it easy for you to inform us, so here are three options.

November 2021 Product governance regulation update
PS 21/5 introduces, amongst other things, a number of FCA Rules (and Guidance) which seeks to clarify and enhance the governance connected to the VFM assessment currently undertaken by insurance firms and distributors.
