The Health365 app from Teladoc Health is designed to help employees manage their health by providing fast and direct access to a Virtual GP, Mental Health and Physiotherapy service. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, your employees and their immediate family have access to medical and wellbeing support in the moments that matter.

Long-term chronic condition support

The CONNECTPlus app with HCI Digital helps employees self-manage one or more specific long-term health conditions, including their general health and wellbeing. It aims to empower employees to take control of their own care.

This service has been created with the help of NHS clinicians and patients to help towards managing the following conditions and illnesses: Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Type 2 diabetes, Stroke, Long Covid and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

In addition to the above conditions, CONNECTPlus provides a new tool and resources for employees to help manage their general wellbeing.

Who can access the service

Virtual Clinic is included with all Group Income Protection policies.

Many of the services within Virtual Clinic can be used by all employees, whether they're covered by us or not, as well as their immediate family.

Virtual GP, Mental Health and Physiotherapy Service – Employees covered by our Group Income Protection and their immediate family can access the Health365 app from Teladoc Health.

Day-to-day health and wellbeing support – All employees of our Group Income Protection customer can access the Spectrum.Life app.

Long-term chronic condition support - Employees covered by our Group Income Protection and their immediate family can access the CONNECTPlus app.

The definition of immediate family where applicable, may differ between the services.
